To achieve these aims, we have established and will maintain a Quality Assurance System meeting the requirements of ISO 9001. Our Integrated Systems Manual is supported by detailed procedures and other relevant documentation to form a working set of practices.

Compliance with this Quality Policy is mandatory for all personnel employed by WC Willis & Co Ltd. Encouragement is given for each employee to develop and maintain an attitude of continued quality improvement within their area of activity.

The Quality Manager is responsible for the implementation of the contents of the Quality System and he will represent the company in all matters that relate to Quality Assurance.
